About

One World Income is the brainchild of many nights of wandering the vast World Wide Web in search of unconventional investment opportunities. Venturing into various alternative investments for diversification has its ups and downs. The experiences have been both rewarding and sometime fruitless when losses are taken because of scams. Because of these scams, I created this web site. There will be no “HYIP*s”, “gold games” or MLM* programs listed here. Anyone who does will be banned from this site.

The mission of OWI is to become the most complete directory and repository of investment opportunities that are legitimate. There are no guarantees that we will be 100% correct in our assessments, however, this is where the help of the members come in. I am a firm believer that 2 brains are better than one. As our membership grows in number, we have more people doing due diligence on an opportunity and report their findings. More members also mean more investments will be found and shared. If a member happens to be located in a city/town where an opportunity is based, he would be able to do some investigative work and submit some due diligence for all.

You’ll find a broad collection of investment opportunities, tips, tools, and news on this web site. Basically anything related to investing and making money as I journey through the Internet. Some will be programs I find and others submitted by you the members.

As many of you may have discovered, there are similar websites to OWI, however, the majority of them charge a membership fee. I believe that investing and making a little extra money should not cost people a fee just to find information about available opportunities. Not only are these sites making money on membership fees, they are also making money from their referral links in these programs that they list.

One World Income will not charge a membership fee. We hope to pay for our hosting and enhance our website through member donations and by third-party ads. As we build and maintain a large enough membership, we hope to be self-sustaining from advertisement income. So, if you enjoy this site and love the information you are getting at no charge, please do us a favor in keeping this site going by referring new members.

Many of the programs listed will require a referral link or invitation to join. We will only list our own referral links here on the blog if we are currently participating in the program, otherwise, you will have to obtain it on your own. We have made this easy for you. When you register for One World Income, you will automatically be given access to the OWI Forum with the same logon. Each program or opportunity listed in the blog will have its own message board in the forum. Here, in the forum you will find referral links or request them from other participating members.

Please read the rules in the Forum as well. The Forum will be an integral part of this site as it is a means of communication and due diligence on these investments and programs. Most scam sites have restrictions as to what you can discuss or say in a public forum, because they have no transparency. Some time when they disappear or go offline, the investors are left wondering. There will be no restrictions here.

*The only exception to a MLM program is that if it is primarily an investment and that the company can survive as an entity without a network marketing function. Usually, this means that they are just rewarding a limited number of members acting as agents or sales people. (I repeat no MLM programs, requiring lotions, potions or products that you have to buy and stock!)

**If you have done any online investing, you should know what HYIPs are. They are nothing more than Ponzi scams. 100% of them are scams. The red flags are usually in plain sight.

  • They require a HYIP ratings to assure people that they are “paying”.
  • Running the same script and code as the next or previous HYIP
  • Having the same About us and FAQ spiel.
  • Minimum investments of $1 to maximum $50,000 - $1M. (Be for real now, what kind of serious investment has this sort of requirement?)
  • No verifiable WHOIS, addresses or phone numbers.
  • Outrageous returns without proof of how it will be obtained.
  • Delayed big payments to large investors, while smaller payments are made to give a sense that they are legit. Trademark of a Ponzi.
  • Usually half way into its operations, they change terms of service or start delaying payments.
  • Before closing the doors, they claim that they have been hacked, funds stolen or assets frozen.
  • Assets ARE actually frozen by government agencies or they are really being investigated by the law which means they are breaking some laws.
